Modernization of Coating Lines

If needed, we can upgrade your equipment in the following ways:
- Increase line productivity by extending the active zones in each module and boosting the thermal capacity of the ovens;
- Add more surface treatment stages in the pretreatment tunnel to improve coating quality and durability of the coating;
- Automate powder application and completely eliminate manual spraying to reduce powder consumption;
- Install new energy-efficient heat generators, heat exchangers, fans, and pumps — fully compatible with the existing system;
- Implement regenerators to increase the degree of use of chemical reagents at the surface preparation stage.
In addition, we can relocate the coating line to a new production facility if needed. Thanks to bolted connections and easy disassembly / assembly, this process can be carried out quickly and precisely.
